General Motors' EN-V, short for Electric Networked-Vehicle, is like a built-out, network-enabled Segway: It can park itself, it uses radar and Doppler sensors to detect and avoid other vehicles, and it'll respond to a request for a ride via smartphone. But it won't get you anywhere fast. Top speed is 25 miles per hour.
