Ugur Sahin Design has shown off more detailed renderings of its Chevrolet Corvette-based Soleil Anadi supercar ahead of its official unveiling at Top Marques Monaco, which begins today. The Anadi carries on a long line of Italian-bodied sports cars packing American grunt, and finally looks production-ready.
For those who don’t recall, the Soleil Anadi started life as the Ugur Sahin Corvette Z03 Concept almost two years ago. Since then, the car has undergone some design changes, and these are the first detailed shots of the car to break cover. In particular, the car’s rump has taken a giant leap forward, from a traditional four-taillight arrangement familiar to Corvette fans, to a sleek, gloss-black rear panel concealing the brake lights.
The new renderings also give us a better look at the car’s flanks, which have gained a nice curve since the Z03 debuted and hearken back to the Anadi’s Corvette roots. Watch for photos of the 2012 Soleil Anadi when they arrive.
